Since February 2022, the new aerial cableway connects the Tires valley with the Carezza Dolomites ski and the Catinaccio hiking area. The municipality of Tires is therefore the perfect starting point for various outdoor activities during summer and winter.

Since the end of the 1980s, the main access road to Tires has led from the village of Prato all’Isarco to the Isarco valley via Fiè di Aicha. In addition, Tires can be reached over the Passo di Costalunga and the Passo del Niger. The village itself is located at 1.028m above sea level on the right hand-side of the valley. The community of Tires also includes the districts of S. Cipriano and Lavina Bianca, where gentle tourism prevails. The skiing areas of the Alpe di Siusi and Latemar-Obereggen are in proximity. Moreover, this area is particularly suitable for winter walks, snowshoe hikes and tobogganing.

The basic equipment includes an integrated speakerphone system with camera, a decentralized ventilation system, underfloor heating with individual room control, an integrated vacuum cleaning system and a cellar compartment in the basement. A garage parking space can be acquired additionally and freely chosen.
